  • SLOW FLOW

    wednesdays @ 12:15 PM // IN-STUDIO via the move room

    a yoga class where we take things slowly to deepen our awareness of the details. move mindfully and with intention to cultivate alignment and ease. leave feeling calm and strong. participants can expect an active yet unrushed class with some effortful poses, as well as lots of big stretches and mobility exercises sprinkled in. this class is excellent for those who are new to yoga, as well as to experienced practitioners who are looking to slow things down.

  • BOPO GENTLE MOVEMENT

    wednesdays @ 7 pm // VIRTUAL via body positive fitness

    a slow pilates-inspired flow to link mind + body, leading into a restorative sequence to really wind things down and relax.

  • PILATES FLOW

    saturdays @ 10:30 am // IN-STUDIO via the move room

    connect to body, breath, and mindful awareness in this flowy pilates & yoga fusion class. we’ll start slow on the mat, easing in so we can turn our attention inward, then we gradually build energy, gaining awareness of body & breath. expect a slow class with opportunities to dial effort up or down, as well as plenty of opportunity for ease and reflection. leave feeling grounded & energized from this whole-body movement practice.

private + small group offerings

i love offering small group movement sessions for nonprofit and community groups! these are highly customizable and can be offered either virtually or in-person, depending on location. i am especially passionate about working with organizations offering services to 2SLGBTQ+ folks.

i am also starting to offer 1:1 virtual yoga + pilates sessions. because this is a new part of my teaching, i’m looking for people to practice my skills!

my current sliding scale 1:1 rate is $50-75 for a 50 minute session. are you looking to deepen your movement practice and engage in mutual learning?
